1- How does COVID-19 impact my order?
The health and well-being of our customers and employees are top priorities for Attuality, especially given the recent events related to COVID-19. We currently estimate shipping times of 1-2 business days for domestic orders and 3-4 days for international orders. In collaboration with our couriers, we are taking preventive measures to ensure safe delivery, including temporarily suspending the requirement for a signature upon delivery.

2- Where do the products come from?
Our products are carefully selected and purchased directly from VAT-registered companies throughout Italy, all duly authorized for sale. Each item is accompanied by a valid invoice, guaranteeing 100% authenticity.

3- How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed "SIZE GUIDE" to help you select the right size. For more details on fit, please see the product page.

4- Can I change the shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Please note that once your order has been shipped, you will not be able to change your shipping information, including your delivery address.

5- How can I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order as soon as it ships. Alternatively, contact us for assistance tracking your order.
